Introduction We are seeking a Administration Support Officer to join our team. Description We are seeking an Administration Support Officer to join our Pakenham Campus for 2025. This role centres around providing daytime administration support and occasional minute taking at various governance meetings held in the evening. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism. Position details: Commencing January 2025 This is a casual position, working approximately 5 to 15 hours per week Availability to complete training in December 2024 is advantageous Available to take meeting minutes between 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM Majority of the Committee and Foundation Board meetings are via MS Teams College Board Meetings are held onsite in the Pakenham Campus Key Responsibilities: Governance calendar management including setting meeting requests and MS Teams rights Deadline driven collation of reports in line with agendas and formatting as required Attend evening meetings, as required, to take the minutes of various governance group meetings using BoardPro.
