Help shape the future of children in our care We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our friendly Talent Acquisition team. This is a 24 hours per week permanent part time position which will span over Monday to Thursday based in our modern, open plan central office at Kedron. Hours are flexible within our operational time of 6:00am to 5:00pm. As the TA Administrator, you will support the day-to-day operations of the talent acquisition team helping us achieve the broader strategic goal of attracting exceptional people to support C&K deliver its vision of being a place where children come first. Your key accountabilities will be: Recruitment: Supporting with tasks such as interview scheduling or templating contracts. Projects: Providing administrative support for a wide variety of projects. Compliance: Carry out data entry duties for a wide range of staff compliance information. Financial: Support with the invoice management and credit card reconciliation. Customer Service: Be primary contact for the team's phone line and helpdesk email What you’ll bring Previous experience in administration Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (completed within three months or willing to obtain these). We would also love you to have any administrative qualifications.
