We are looking for a Solution Sales Engineer to help build and improve our unique enterprise solutions. The role will be critical to establishing our technology within large and small organisations – solving real problems that companies face every day. What you’ll be doing Createdemos and PoCs, define customer requirements and develop innovative technical solutions Works closely with the Sales team to help move opportunities efficiently from first contact to contract signed Takes responsibility for customer presentations, demonstrations, industry events and technical workshops Collaborates with stakeholders on user requirements and feedback for features Applies various feedback channels to improve designs or solutions Measures customer value, usage patterns and other metrics of value Contributes to product/solution architecture and testing design with technical leadership Continuously improving our ability to deliver quality customer outcomes by helping to evolve our technical sales process and documentation What you’ll bring to the role Proven Solution Engineering / Solution Sales or PreSales experience Strong customer-facing skills, including presentations, product demonstrations and RFP responses Experience with designing and implementing technical solutions within large organisations Ability to work effectively with key system integrators to develop and package solutions Knowledge of Microsoft stack Knowledge of Digital Identity Motivation and an ability to understand and solve complex problems, and an understanding of how to explain these to business and technology stakeholders Why Join Us?
