Contract opportunity with a Federal Government Department, providing extensive executive support to a large team. You'll work as an instrumental part of the team at the Global Corporate Operations Branch within the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade). ABOUT THE ROLE. January start, initial 6-month contract for a highly motivated, organised and customer focused Administration Support Officer. You will be responsible for the creation and implementation of office management processes, the facilitation of security and the maintenance of sensitive records and information. DUTIES. Provide administrative support for Security and Property teams Facilitate pre-employment screenings Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of new staff Analyse and validate information, maintain accurate records Provide excellent customer service whilst supporting the front-of-house team General Office Management SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Minimum 2 years' experience in an administration position Experience using SAP and P2P beneficial High level of autonomy and sound problem solving skills Existing Baseline Security Clearance highly preferable CULTURE.
