Join our Marcellin team today Position Overview The Front Office Reception Administration Officer at the Marcellin campus will provide confidential administrative support and exceptional service to students, staff, families, and visitors. This role includes managing front desk inquiries, data entry, report generation, and maintaining medical records, as well as providing first aid and administering student medication. Discretion and strong organisational skills are essential for this position. Key Responsibilities Administration Manage incoming calls, messages, and visitor inquiries, directing them as necessary. Record student absences, late arrivals, and early departures, and update SEQTA. Enter excursion and student activity details in SEQTA and Consent 2 Go. Prepare and maintain first aid kits, student medical records, and excursion folders. Ensure Reception area is clean and well-presented, and assist families with inquiries. Sign students in and out, ensuring appropriate communication from parents/caregivers. Coordinate student photos, immunisations, lost property, and student identification cards. Handle student discipline referrals, mobile phone procedures, and confiscated devices. First Aid Provide first aid and monitor students in the sick room. Contact parents for collection if students require further medical attention. Ensure proper storage and replacement of student medications. Maintain accurate medical records, including details on medical conditions and alerts. Ensure the sick room is kept clean and adequately stocked.
