About the role We are seeking a values-driven and proactive Truck Driver, in our Caloundra Region. Reporting to the Senior Store Manager. This is a Full-time Permanent position, and salary and conditions are in accordance with the General Retail Award, Level 2. You will successfully Undertake the pickup and delivery of furniture and goods as per instructions from the relevant Family Store Manager and in accordance with the daily schedule, as per all WHS manual handling procedures/protocols. Provide excellent service as a primary customer contact for the Family Stores. Understand and determine the value of brands and quality furniture and products and carry out procedures related to TSA pickup protocols. Manage the timely removal of waste and bins to the local refuse centers. Provide retail floor assistance as needed including sorting, pricing and moving furniture and stock. Maintain a safe, clean and uncluttered workspace. You will have A current Queensland Drivers Licence Valid STATE Employee Working with Children Check (if required) Minimum 2 yrs experience in driving commercial vehicles. Furniture delivery and pick up experience highly regarded.
