ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Manager Governance and Corporate Services this position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Management team in an effective, efficient, and highly confidential manner. This role is essential to ensuring the efficient operative of the Governance and Corporate Services group administrative functions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide high level administrative support to the Manager Governance and Corporate Services and Governance and Corporate Services department; Provide high level administrative support to the Audit and Risk Committee, such as preparing agendas, recording minutes, maintaining action list and arranging rooms and equipment for meetings; Assist with the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, guidelines, forms and other supporting documents; Provide administrative support in maintaining Corporate Registers. Assist the Governance and Corporate Services Manager in the delivery of Governance and Corporate Services Department program responsibilities, such as corporate reporting, delegations and internal audit program; Manage and undertake corporate document control including maintaining and auditing the Master Document Control Register; BENEFITS Base salary $79,607.52 per annum (Stream A Level 3) plus allowances Nominally 72.5 hours per fortnight 5 weeks annual leave plus 17.5% loading Up to 14% super in accordance with IRC’s Certified Agreement RDO’s in accordance with IRC’s Certified Agreement Discounted Corporate Health Cover through multiple providers with competitive extras and coverage benefits. High level of written and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate, negotiate, network, and consult at all levels. Extensive knowledge in the use of the Microsoft suite of products. A current C Class Open Australian Drivers Licence. Attention to detail and willingness to grow and learn.
