Key Responsibilities Perform general clerical duties with a focus on urgency and accuracy Maintain staff and training databases Support the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Ensure minimal work in progress by processing all documentation in a timely manner Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and email communications Maintain quality and urgency in all tasks performed Order uniforms and manage office-based stock/inventory Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and clients Skills & Experience Previous experience in an administrative or business support role Knowledge of business processes and organizational systems Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to resolving inquiries Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to handle phone inquiries, relay messages, and communicate clearly High level of accuracy in data entry, document processing, and reporting Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience or knowledge of the transport or logistics industry is an advantage but not required.
