This role is perfect for an experienced sales consultant or representative to develop their skills while playing a pivotal role in driving a growing company’s success. The Role In this role, you’ll play a vital part in the sales process and attraction of new customers, you will become the face of the residential sales arm of the business, giving you the perfect stepping stone to grow your career in a thriving and rewarding industry. You will be working directly with customers to provide solutions and guide them through the sales process. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and assist with customer inquiries about the company’s products. Provide tailored solutions to move potential customers along the sales journey. Represent the company at showroom open days, answering questions and sharing product knowledge. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a sales consultant or representative role Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. Confidence in speaking with customers in person and over the phone. Familiarity with Darwin and surrounding rural areas. Ability to learn industry terminology and trade-specific knowledge (full training provided). Any trade knowledge is an advantage but not essential. Good understanding of social media platforms. Enthusiasm for being the face of the business. Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Any trade or housing knowledge is an advantage but not essential.
