About the Role This role will be the first public point of contact for the Horsham Town Hall Venue and provides guidance and information to the customer. As such, the incumbent will act as an ambassador for the facility and will be required to provide high quality customer service and administration support to Venue staff. The Horsham Town Hall is open and operates 7 days a week, with Customer Service functions provided over a 7-day roster with an expectation to be able to work weekends when rostered. About You The successful applicant will have minimum Year 12 education. Relevant customer service in highly visible, public and customer focused industries (tourism, arts, hospitality) is advantageous.
