The Role As a Contract Administrator , you will work closely with the Project Manager and site team to deliver a new $50M commercial/industrial project starting in the new year. Your responsibilities will include: Procurement and administration of head and subcontract agreements. Managing variations, progress claims, and payments. Helping ensure the project stays on track and within budget. Coordination with subbies and consultants as required Key Benefits Salary Range : $140K – $165K (dependent on experience). Skills & Qualifications Degree in Construction Management or a related construction field. Experience in commercial/industrial mid-tier projects.
