A leading financial services organization are looking for an experienced Team Administrator on a 12-month contract A leading financial services organization are looking for an experienced, switched on and passionate Team Administrator to join their talented team to contribute to the successful running of a Global team. Attractive hourly rate of $40 per hour plus super Weekly pay 12-month contract Work for a global leader in financial services Collaborative and supportive environment CBD Location The Role: Meeting coordination for the department heads. Travel and expense coordination for the team. Prepare meeting documentation and PowerPoint presentation. Meeting minutes. Coordination and collaboration with Assistants, both locally and regionally Coordinate data gathering. Maintain organizational charts. Weekly reports and remote working roster. Coordination of client events Produce / update visitor itineraries. Organise pitchbook approval and production. Liaise with brand and communications, coverage etc. Book venues and catering where necessary. About you: Experience in a similar role is essential Strong Microsoft Outlook skills - calendar, email etc Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint Ability to collaborate in a team Excellent communication skills Highly organised Adaptable High energy As this role is a 12-month contract unfortunately working holiday or student visas wont be accepted.
