Seasoned System Admin who can provide L1 to L3 support and champion internal improvements. About the Role As a System Administrator, you'll be responsible for maintaining, improving, and supporting IT systems across our client's Brisbane office and interstate locations. Working onsite, you will provide hands-on and remote support for users and collaborate on innovative projects that enhance system performance, security, and efficiency. This is more than just a support role – you'll actively contribute to driving technology improvements, streamlining operations, and delivering meaningful results to the business. Key Responsibilities IT Operations: Maintain and enhance IT systems, including infrastructure, servers, and networking. Drive automation and ensure high availability, security, and performance. Support & Training: Manage the IT ticketing system, prioritize unresolved tickets, and provide user support both onsite and remotely. Deliver user training and build out a robust knowledge base. Project Involvement: Support IT projects, including deployments of O365, ERP integration, server migrations, and VMware enhancements, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives and provide guidance to internal stakeholders. Documentation: Create and maintain IT documentation, processes, and procedures to improve transparency and efficiency. About You We're seeking an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving technology solutions that make a difference. Skills & Experience: 5 Yrs experience in IT support and systems administration, managing L1-L3 issues across diverse environments. Expertise in O365 deployments, VMware, server migrations, and automation (PowerShell & PowerAutomate). Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and security principles. Analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and educate users. Solid organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines. Bonus: Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus Personal Attributes: Self-motivated and proactive with a solution-oriented approach. Diplomatic and collaborative with strong interpersonal skills. Passionate about continuous learning and professional development. Requirements: Brisbane-based with the ability to work onsite. Ability to pass a police check.
