Fantastic Opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a growing firm in the Eastern Suburbs Our client is a highly regarded chartered accounting practice based in the eastern suburbs. They have a relaxed, friendly culture and a solid client base including some large, complex businesses and high net wealth individual clients. They are looking for somebody to come on board as an Administration Assistant. Your duties will include: Answering phones and liaising with clients Liaising with the ATO Lodgments of the income tax returns Drafting letters and preparing documents Procedure writing Maintaining social media platforms Lodging BAS/IAS and Income tax returns Scanning, filling and archiving Maintaining the client database Reporting directly to the Office Manager To be successful in this role, you will require: 1 years' experience within an accounting firm Experience in processing and electronic lodgement of tax assessments Be familiar with ATO forms and requirements Exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude" Excellent presentation and communication skills To apply for this role, please submit your resume below through the APPLY button.
