About the Role: In this role, you’ll be the voice of the business , working in a friendly call centre hub. Your main responsibilities will include: Processing orders through their ERP system SAP. Handling stock and product inquiries. Providing exceptional service and accurate information to customers. Preferred Skills: Experience with SAP software is highly regarded but not essential. Strong phone manner and excellent communication skills. Detail-oriented and organised with a willingness to learn.
