This is an initial 12 month fixed term contract which may extend. Company Details This business is embarking on an exciting change and are introducing a newly created role for an experienced Instructional Designer to join the team. Description The primary areas of focus of this role is to work with key stakeholders to design and develop learning programs that will support the roll out of new business processes and technology. You will lead the design and development of training and onboarding programs for the organisation. This involves being creative and designing high-level concepts which are consistent with identified needs and quality/accessibility standards.
