With egg-citing growth and expansion on the horizon, now’s a great time to join us and be part of our continued success About the Role We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented and organised Farming Administrator to join our team in Minchinbury. As our Farming Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our farm operations, ensuring smooth data management, timely communication, and top-notch administrative support. This is a hybrid role (4 days on-site) where you’ll contribute to the efficiency of our farming processes and help keep everything running smoothly What You'll Do Data Management: Collect and enter weekly farming production data, preparing consolidated farming reports for the team. Communication: Liaise with farm and area managers for data collection and verification. Ensure accurate and timely communication with stakeholders. Order Processing: Coordinate weekly feed orders with farm managers and suppliers. Invoice Management: Match invoices for feed, feed ingredients, transport, birds, and bird processing, forwarding matched invoices to the line manager for approval. Monthly Updates: Update raw material prices and feed ration formulations monthly to reflect the latest requirements. Contract Management: Enter feed contract data into the system and ensure it’s accurately recorded. About You You are: An organisational whiz with a love for details. A strong communicator who can keep the team and stakeholders in the loop. An Excel enthusiast with intermediate skills (yes, you’re the spreadsheet hero). A problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experienced in administrative roles—bonus points if you’ve worked in farming or agriculture before A multitasker who knows how to prioritise and stay on top of deadlines. What We're Looking For Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners. Problem-Solving Ability: A proactive approach to identifying issues and finding effective solutions. Excel Proficiency: Intermediate Excel skills, including data entry and report preparation.
