About the role National Parks and Wildlife Service has a unique opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to support the contact centre with subject matter expertise and provide exemplary service to customers including managing feedback. Noting, interviews for this role will take place in 2025 – most likely in January 2025. You possess strong communication skills, you are analytical with attention to detail, as well as have excellent collaboration skills when working with customers and staff.
