Women's and Children's Health Network, Community, Child and Family Health Services - Multiple Areas Salary Classification - ASO2 - Administrative Services Office L2 - $58,709 to $63,154 pro rata 3 x part time positions with an initial term and potential for extension: Whyalla - 27 hours per week until October 2025 Mount Gambier - 22.5 hours per week until April 2025 Murray Bridge - 22.5 hours per week until April 2025 About the Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity to join one of our Community teams as an Administration Officer in either Murray Bridge, Mount Gambier or Whyalla. The role plays a key support function within the department, ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes while delivering high quality services to customers. The ideal candidate must possess strong organisational and communication skills, be responsive to customer needs, and be able to handle a variety of administrative duties effectively. Key Responsibilities: First point of contact for customer enquiries over the phone or in person Arrange meetings, prepare correspondence such as agendas, distribution of reference material and accurate recording and distribution of minutes Maintain and update client information and records ensuring confidentiality Work collaboratively to support staff members in the regional team To find out the specifics, including the key selection criteria and special conditions , please go to the relevant attached role description(s).
