The Role: As a Site/Construction Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site operations for the construction of large-scale renewable energy assets. This includes ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, leading contractors and construction teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Oversee on-site activities for renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, and battery energy storage systems (BESS). Ensure full compliance with environmental, legal, and regulatory requirements. Skills and Experience: Tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline. Extensive experience managing construction projects in renewable energy, including grid connection of assets. Strong knowledge of Australian regulatory and environmental compliance requirements for energy projects. Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools. Demonstrated ability to lead contractors and on-site teams effectively, resolving challenges promptly. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven track record in collaborative project delivery.
