We are looking for experienced support workers to join the rosters of several clients living in the Southern suburbs. The hours are flexible and available across 7 days a week, mornings and afternoons. Above Award wages apply. You will be responsible for providing quality, individualised and flexible support services to assist our clients to live independently. Your role will include : Supporting clients with personal care - hygiene, transfers, continence, grooming, etc. Assisting clients in skill development - cooking, shopping, domestic assistance etc Supporting clients to access the community - transport to and from appointments or shopping Encouraging and assisting clients in social and community participation/engagement You will be responsible for providing quality, individualised and flexible support services to assist our clients to live independently.
