Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing the specific scopes of work and procurement schedules for each project. Your role ensures seamless coordination and meticulous attention to detail at every stage. Key Responsibilities Developing comprehensive project-specific scopes of work and procurement schedules, meticulously outlining deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure project success. Coordinating and managing all project and site documentation, maintaining records to facilitate seamless project execution and compliance with regulatory requirements. Reviewing and negotiating subcontract tenders, leveraging your expertise to secure competitive bids while upholding our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Managing project expenditure against budget, diligently tracking costs and expenses to optimise resource allocation and mitigate financial risks. Processing progress and delay claims, advocating for fair and equitable resolutions while maintaining project momentum and adherence to timelines. Assisting with financial tracking and forecasting, providing valuable insights into project performance, and supporting informed decision-making. Liaising and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, architects, subcontractors/suppliers, consultants, and team members, fostering collaboration and synergy across all project facets. What you’ll need to succeed Residential Experience. Bachelors of Construction Management or similar. 3-5 Years as a construction project manager. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and engineering plans. Previous experience in reading, understanding, and interpreting contractual documents, specifications, and drawings.
