Based north of the river, this role offers the opportunity to lead the delivery of 25 high-quality single-storey homes for a long-standing and reputable builder. Key Responsibilities: Ensure construction stays within projected timeframes and milestones. Maintain compliance with building codes, standards, and safety requirements. Champion site safety and maintain a clean, healthy work environment. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and suppliers. Report on job progress and resolve onsite challenges. Liaise with stakeholders regarding build progress. Essential Criteria: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction. Proven track record of delivering high-quality homes from start to finish. Strong understanding of WA building codes and workplace safety regulations. Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and contracts. A keen eye for detail and a proactive, can-do attitude. Established network of trades and suppliers. Must be based in Perth with full working rights in Australia. What’s On Offer: Competitive salary of up to $115k Super, depending on experience.
