All-round design and documentation role for a Senior Interior Designer with a focus on space planning and layouts. Ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes: 8 years of Interior Design experience Multi-residential and apartment sector experience Proven background with a strong focus on planning layouts Strong Revit and SketchUp capabilities Design sensibility, technical understanding and knowledge of suppliers and the latest market trends Excellent documentation and detailing skills A leader with a collaborative and motivating approach To be successful, you will have a strong sense of design with the ability to develop concepts in collaboration with the Design Director and senior members of the conceptual design team. Your ability to produce high quality, detailed documentation on Revit is equally important though, as this role encompasses all round project experience from design and presentations, through to coordination, documentation and delivery. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you’ll be liaising with clients, consultants, management, stakeholders and suppliers at the highest level.
