Customer Service Officer Toll People are recruiting a Customer Service Position for a busy freight delivery company based at East Arm. Role is an ongoing fulltime casual position with a view to being permanent. We are seeking dynamic person with strong work ethics and a focus on safety in the workplace. To be successful, you will have: Completing first contact enquiries Inbound calls and email responses General administration duties including data entry, diary management, file and document management Invoice processing Coordinate customer service requests and transactions in a contact centre environment, providing general information and professional advice ensuring customer needs are continuously met. Identify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels for the organisation.
