The main requirement is to ensure all administration needs of the Project Managers are met in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities include and not limited to: Providing quality professional services to customers and clients, both internal and external Producing tender documentation Managing all telephone enquiries relating to projects Printing and collating O&M Manuals, WHS documents, SWMS etc Scheduling, planning and preparing meetings, conference calls, agendas, minutes and distribution Typing of project documentation Maintaining and updating new project files Assisting in the preparation of monthly reports Manage all issues which arise within the Project Administration area Managing and overseeing the reception staff & area Ad hoc administration duties as required The Person: You have a ‘can do’ attitude, high attention to detail, are self-motivated and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills. A minimum of 3 years experience in Office Administration along with an intermediate level of computer skills i.e. MS Office Suite is essential.
