Job Description We have a great opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join our Customer Solutions Team. This is a key role focused on supporting the sales teams to administer contracts to our customers. The role requires updating of templates and reporting on contract compliance as outlined by the business units. The role also supports overflow of work from our Operations Analysts as required. Responsibilities & Requirements Work closely with the sales teams and Operations Analysts to ensure the timely creation and execution of contracts to enable our customers to trade with Viva Energy. Regular and ad hoc reporting ensuring accuracy & timely delivery to internal stakeholders. Attend and participate in relevant team meetings. Escalation point for all contract related matters. Ensure timely upload of documents in relation to contracts and stakeholders are kept informed of status. Back up for the Operations Analyst as required. Understanding the relevant business units and the markets in which they operate. Project support as required.
