Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the retail shopping centre, maintaining the highest standards of presentation, safety, and compliance. Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial and operational goals. Developing strong relationships with all retailers in the centre, whilst ensuring the best outcome for the asset owner Preparation of annual budgets and forecasting, reporting regularly on centre performance and new initiatives to improve this Manage tenant direct income and expenses Act as the primary liaison between the property and head office for all operational matters. Requirements: Must have previous experience managing shopping centres. Current Real Estate Licence/Certificate of Registration (or equivalent).
