The Role This is a 12-month maternity leave contract; you play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing comprehensive administrative support to the multiple teams across the business. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role is responsible for ensuring seamless communication between clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, managing inquiries efficiently, and maintaining accurate records to support the back-end sales process. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer telephone, email and website enquiries, provide advice and assistance and take appropriate action. Processing orders to completion using the Company ERP and CRM Entry and amendment of customer orders Process new commercial orders Carpet reservations / new stock productions planned Monitor existing orders for delivery promises Process invoices and credit notes Send Order acknowledgement to customer Provide pre-order and post order support to external / internal customers on orders and enquiries: Date management Order management Shipping and despatch Post order including warranties and incident reports Create monthly stock specials sales reports.
