About the Role An exciting opportunity has become available for an organised and driven individual to join our team on a part-time basis as our Receptionist. In this position, we are looking for someone to work Thursday and Friday, with the focus on providing support to not only people entering the office but also those calling through on the switchboard. Requirements Responsibilities & Duties Meet and greet all visiting customers. Sign off and distribute all deliveries. Ensure all calls are answered promptly and put through to the appropriate departments following through that they are answered at the receiving end in a timely fashion. Organise local couriers and keep record of what is despatched, allocate general ledger codes and sign off invoices send to accounts payable for processing. Book and organise all Domestic Travel and accommodation and car hire requirements for staff Australia wide.
