The Role: We are looking for a person passionate and eager to learn, to join our IT team This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join Harris in an entry level, technical support role, to learn from our business whilst also undertaking their Certificate III in Information Technology. This position will be predominately based at our Kent Town and North offices with some travel to our other offices on rare occasions. This role would suit someone who is interested in and has a passion for IT but has limited experience or qualifications in the field. There are so many exciting things happening at Harris. In our dynamic and forward-thinking work environment, a typical day in this role involves: • Facilitating system change and access requests for both new and current employees • Conducting basic troubleshooting of software, printers, and other IT hardware, whether in-person or remotely • Managing IT logistics for new hires, staff transfers, and departures throughout the organisation • Performing regular maintenance on office hardware to ensure optimal functionality • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date IT asset registry • Providing support for IT projects such as acquisitions, establishing new offices, and implementing new hardware and software solutions.
