cmr has partnered with a client in the Pilbara Region, looking for a Social Worker to join the mulidisciniplinary Hospital team over the Christmas/New Years period. Located in Hedland, the role supports a Regional Resource Centre with a theatre, inpatient ward, and services for complex health needs. Key Responsibilities Deliver generalist social work support in a Hospital environment. Provide services for young, vulnerable children and their families. Address emergency and acute cases with experience and confidence. Adapt to evolving methods of practice, including digital approaches. Requirements Completed degree in Social Work. Registration with the AASW. Strong background in emergency and acute care in hospitals. Flexibility and adaptability to changes. Ability to respond to complex, high-pressure situations.
