Providing proactive, high-level support to two Partners in the Corporate M&A team; Managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel with precision; Preparing and formatting legal documents, presentations, and correspondence; Assisting with billing, expense management, and client liaison; and Anticipating needs, prioritising tasks, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. What are we looking for? Proven experience as a Legal Assistant, ideally within Corporate, M&A, or a related practice area; Impeccable organisational and time-management skills; A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering top-tier support; Proficiency in MS Office and legal practice management systems; and A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
