The Opportunity Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Administrator to join their team in advancing towards their shared vision. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will provide administrative support to various departments, maintain efficient office systems, and deliver exceptional service to our client's stakeholders. As part of this role, your responsibilities will include: Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation. Coordinate office operations, including supply management and IT support liaison. Handle inquiries from clients, partners, and stakeholders with professionalism and empathy. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain data confidentiality. Support event coordination, workshops, and training sessions. Updating vehicle and key logs. Maintaining and scheduling rosters.
