TEN Recruitment is seeking two experienced Contracts Administrators to join our client’s team, working on an exciting mixed-use development in Perth. These roles provide a unique opportunity to collaborate with a highly skilled management and commercial team, delivering innovative projects. What You’ll Need: Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Economics, or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Commitment to health and safety at all levels. Knowledge of Procore or Jobpac software (ideal but not essential). Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Must be Perth-based with full work rights in Australia Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with site and project management teams to ensure smooth commercial operations. Manage commercial and contractual matters for the project. Assist with project cost forecasting and reporting. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Arrange and facilitate project meetings. Support procurement and purchasing processes. Prepare tender documentation for subcontractor procurement. Provide input on contract negotiations as required.
