On offer is a part-time (0.5 FTE), fixed-term opportunity for a Learning Enhancement specialist to become an integral part of our Learning Enhancement Department (Senior School) for the 2025 school year, with the possibility of the role being ongoing. PLC’s Learning Enhancement Department encompasses Learning Support and Gifted and Talented Education. In this role you will be responsible for identifying, monitoring and assessing students with unique learning needs, working closely with teachers to develop tailored strategies to meet students’ learning needs, and nurturing positive connections with students, parents and staff of the College. About You You will be a qualified, experienced Learning Enhancement Teacher with a background in Literacy. The ability to support in English and Literacy would be an advantage within this role. You will bring a passion for and commitment to the ideals of learning within an independent girls’ school. They will have the skills and knowledge to cater for a range of abilities and learning styles, developing effective monitoring and intervention strategies to support student learning.
