Key Responsibilities Provide strategic technical leadership, building strong relationships with stakeholders to accelerate technology adoption. Lead the design, deployment, and operation of cutting-edge Service Provider networks. Define customer requirements, develop solution scopes, and deliver high- and low-level designs. Act as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve their business goals through innovative technical solutions and processes. Oversee the integration and implementation of tools, systems, and service assurance for modern networking technologies. Support pre-sales activities by translating business needs into actionable solution designs. Deliver workshops, presentations, and technical demonstrations to engage and educate stakeholders. Required Experience & Skills Demonstrated experience in Service Provider networking, including routing and switching protocols. Proven track record in designing, deploying, and delivering networking projects. Expertise with Cisco routers and switches (IOS, IOS-XR), including ASR9K and NCS platforms. Strong knowledge of Segment Routing (SR, SRv6), IPv6, and MPLS. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience balancing multiple priorities, from solution integration to troubleshooting complex technical issues. Strong foundation in Service Provider network architecture and transformation. Desirable Skills Experience with Software-Defined Networking (SDN) frameworks, platforms, and protocols for network automation. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Perl.
