In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring a positive experience for our customers, providing them with support and assistance from their first interaction through to ongoing care. About the Role: As a Member sales Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for valued members, guiding them through their health insurance journey. You will provide personalised service by ensuring each member has a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage outbound calls, actively engaging with members to uncover their needs and provide tailored solutions. Proactively reach out to members who may be considering changes to their policies, highlighting benefits and value to encourage retention. Address overdue payments in a professional and friendly manner, reinforcing the importance of maintaining their membership benefits. Deliver exceptional service while identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products that enhance the member experience. Exceed customer expectations by offering solutions that not only resolve inquiries but add value to their membership. Collaborate with the team to share sales strategies and insights that improve retention and overall satisfaction.
