As a Sales Manager for the Small Business segment, you’ll play a key role in building and leading a high-performing team of sales reps. You’ll oversee recruitment, training, coaching, and drive accountability within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. They’re looking for a transformational leader with a passion for sales, marketing, and service, who thrives on inspiring and developing teams. What will you do? Attract, recruit, and retain top sales talent Guide salespeople through the entire sales process, ensuring they meet key performance metrics and drive growth Utilize time management and organizational skills to streamline team operations Leverage data to enhance performance across interactions and support continuous improvement Maintain a proven record of coaching reps to success Communicate effectively and motivate the team across various channels Collaborate on cross-functional projects to drive business advancements Who are you?
