We are looking for an enthusiastic customer-focused individual, to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative within our growing Concrete division based in our Milton office. Your day will involve: Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to Boral’s small to medium-sized client base Develop new business opportunities and grow the existing business Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Being a brand ambassador for our market leading portfolio of products Maintain our customer database to ensure all client details and sales records are accurate. What are we looking for? Demonstrated experience working within a customer service or sales position OR within a customer service centre environment Well-development verbal communication skills & strong stakeholder management skills A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to collective success Proficiency in computer skills is required; prior experience with CRMs and data entry is highly desirable What’s on offer?
