About the role We are seeking a values-driven and proactive Administration Assistant, at Taree, New South Wales. Reporting to Major Sandy Hogg, this is a Permanent Part time role (12 hours per week). Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Clerks Award, Level 3. You will successfully Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, correspondence, weekly newsletter, attend to mail and correspondence, photocopying, filing, reception duties both in person and answering telephones, appointment bookings Update the Corps website and social media accounts as required, in collaboration with the Corps Officer (including reading/responding to comments online, escalating matters as necessary to CO) Attend to finance/accounts tasks as required by the Corps Officer eg. receipting donations, banking, reconciliations, purchasing, obtain quotes. You will have A New South Wales Employee Working with Children Check. Demonstrated experience and knowledge in the use of software application packages eg. Word, Canva, Excel, record management. Certificate in Business Administration desirable. At least 2 years’ experience in administration.
