The Business Analyst will be expected to assist with challenging project work made up of, but not limited to requirements analysis, planning and management, requirements elicitation, design applying HCD principles, research, project administration, technical writing and testing. Skills and Experience required include: Experience and skills in designing experiences across a range of digital products. Highly skilled in user research, design thinking, reporting and useability testing. Highly skilled in the use of BA related tools such as Microsoft Visio, Balsamiq and Figma Demonstrated experience in being able to provide a holistic, human centred approach to the design of digital products.
