Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager focused on corporate accounts. This hybrid role involves equal parts business development (BDM) and account management (AM), aimed at driving new business and nurturing key client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting corporate clients to increase occupancy and revenue; Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging an existing network and industry knowledge; Manage and grow relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention; and Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients. Qualifications: 2.5 to 3 years of experience in a similar sales role within the hotel industry, with a strong focus on corporate accounts; A blend of business development and account management experience, with proven ability to close deals and maintain key relationships; Established network in the corporate sector, ideally within the luxury hospitality or boutique hotel industry; and Strong interpersonal skills with the energy and adaptability to thrive in a vibrant, diverse work environment.
