We’re seeking an experienced tradesperson to join our clients Technical Help Desk (THD) team. In this role, you’ll provide expert technical advice and remote support for our branded products to a diverse range of customers, including plumbers, gas fitters, installers and consumers. Your responsibilities will include: Offering timely and accurate product operation and service information Assisting with maintenance and diagnostic guides Liaising with internal stakeholders across Engineering, Distribution, Service and Sales departments Providing specialist technical help desk support for Gas Heating products and related ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling systems What We’re Looking For Trade qualifications in plumbing and gas fitting Hands-on installation experience with gas ducted heating systems and related equipment Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong telephone communication skills with a confident and courteous demeanor Excellent verbal and written communication abilities A focus on exceptional customer service Experience in refrigerated air conditioning is a plus What's on offer: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 4.30pm and 9am to 5pm, $50 per hour, plus super We request that candidates have full Australian working rights.
