About the role National Parks and Wildlife Service has a unique opportunity for a Senior Customer Service Officer to lead a small team of contact centre, reservations and system support professionals, inspiring the public to visit our national parks. About You You are a highly organised and motivated individual who loves to inspire others to excel in their careers. You possess experience in leading a team, manage multiple projects and resolve complex customer issues. You have excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with stakeholders. You have a passion for customer service and can demonstrate experience managing complex customer relationship management, transaction and contact centre systems. Key knowledge and experience Demonstrated expertise in managing a customer focused information, reservations and service centre delivered across multiple channels.
