About the role National Parks and Wildlife Service is looking to create a talent pool for ongoing and/or temporary upcoming opportunities for the role of Assistant Customer Service Officer, that will work as part of the customer service team delivering central reservation services, revenue collection and system support. About You You are a highly organised and motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative, busy and diverse setting. You possess strong technology skills, you are analytical with attention to detail, as well as have excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with staff and stakeholder. Your passion for your community and environment, coupled with a passion for providing excellent and positive customer service will be key to your success in this role. Essential Requirements Demonstrated experience supporting a customer focussed information, reservations and service centre delivered across multiple channels. Experience with multi-property reservation and transaction systems, customer relationship management, reporting and financial systems. Experience managing databases and creating reports.
