As an Organisational Design Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping and enhancing Australian Retirement Trust’s (ART’s) organisational structure to ensure effectiveness and alignment with our strategy, as well as playing a key role in helping shape ART’s employee experience through delivery of its employee listening approach. This is a permanent role and works in partnership with the Culture & People Experience business area, broader People & Culture business area, leaders, and other stakeholders, to lead customer-centric projects that enable ART to become recognised as an Employer of Choice. Day to day, you'll: Lead enterprise-wide organisational design projects that directly contribute to the objectives of the People and Enterprise Strategy. Assess current organisational structures, processes, and practices to identify areas for improvement and alignment with business objectives and develop and recommend organisational models that support strategic goals, enhance performance, and foster a positive work environment. Design, embed and educate ART’s people on best-in-class organisational development frameworks, practices and tools. Lead the change and people experience of enterprise-wide organisational development activities, including communication plans, and stakeholder engagement, to facilitate human centred transitions through change. Lead the development of the three-year employee listening strategy, aimed at meeting the needs of our people and ART as an organisation. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you’ll tick some of the following boxes too: Demonstrated experience in organisational development or consulting, including leading cross-functional projects. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management capabilities and experience designing customer-centric solutions that achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Versatile experience across several practice areas within People & Culture. This may be, but is not limited to, talent management, capability development, culture and engagement, inclusion and belonging.
