The Role Enjoy excellent work-life balance in this part-time (0.53 FTE), permanent role in a welcoming, leading School environment in Melbourne’s East. Senior School reception operates from 8.00am till 5.00pm during term time and 8.30am till 4.00pm during school holidays and is staffed by two team members. Hours of work are in the form of two shifts. Shift 1 commences at 8.00am and finishes at 3.30pm and shift 2 commences at 9.30am and finishes at 5.00pm. Both shifts have a 45-minute lunch break. Joining a team of two other Receptionists, you will be the friendly face of our Senior School Reception, assisting staff, students, parents and the wider community. Your responsibilities will include handling daily administrative tasks such as receiving and distributing mail, data administration and maintenance, preparing mail outs and managing the calendar. About You We are seeking candidates with proven experience in a front-of-house role, ideally within an education or similar setting. You are highly professional in your work ethic and output, have excellent communication skills and a warm and welcoming disposition. Your attention to detail and time management skills, along with your strong ICT skills, will also be viewed favourably for this role. Applications close 9am Friday 6 December 2024.
