The initial project is a unique 6-storey aged care complex, offering an exciting opportunity to work with a respected builder on a high-value development. Essential Criteria: 5 years of experience as a Site Manager, delivering commercial projects over $60m. Valid White Card (construction induction). Strong commitment to health and safety practices. Excellent management, organizational, and leadership skills. Proactive problem-solving and ability to see issues through to resolution. Strong work ethic and exceptional communication abilities. Must be Perth-based with full work rights in Australia . Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations, including trades and team members. Ensure compliance with all Occupational Health & Safety requirements. Oversee finances, procurement, and resource management. Be accountable for project quality and timely delivery. Serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders. Manage sub-contractors and maintain effective relationships. Resolve conflicts and ensure smooth project completion.
