Our NSW Government client is hiring for a highly capable, ICT Customer Service Operator (Level One). This role will be focusing on technical resolution for all reported ICT related incidents and has the requirement to be able to work closely with other key stakeholders across different technology units. The nature of the role aligns to prior Customer Service & Contact Centre experience, with operational service desk experience deemed desirable too. Successful candidates can be taught relevant applications too. This role allows for candidates to be based in one of Parramatta, Bathurst, Wollongong or Newcastle. Role Title: ICT Customer Service Operator. Contract Length: ASAP start, for a 6 Months initial role Hourly Pay: $33.96 Super per hour. Shift times are within a range of 7:30am to 6pm. Location: Parramatta, (2150). In Office for 3 days per week and the rest is WFH. Other locations allowed for candidates are in Bathurst, Newcastle and Wollongong. Role Accountabilities: Be the first point of contact for any customer inquiries. Troubleshooting of basic ICT hardware and software. Preferred knowledge of the Service Now ticketing system but not essential. A strong focus to deliver a high level of customer service. Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver outcomes to an agreed schedule. Ability to clearly communicate and convey technical information to customers Candidates must be based in NSW and willing to travel to Parramatta, Bathurst, Wollongong or Newcastle.
